This place Was Great for the money

This place was beautifully decorated, well equipped and conveniently located in the downtown area. Most things were walkable and if it wasn't, there was a scooter station at the corner. There is only one minor inconvenience I wanted to point to out, I did not received the check-in instructions were I suppose to. However, the host responded quickly and corrected the issue. Overall, this was amazing.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here for numerous reasons. The apartment complex is set in a pleasant neighborhood; we enjoyed going for walks both in the day and night. The apartment complex itself is very charming. Somebody or somebodies did an excellent job with blending aesthetics of the past with modern conveniences & style. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable. There were a couple of hiccups but, they were handled immediately. Our host, Victor, gets all the stars for his communication skills. He’s doesn’t stall to apply solutions & that’s simply awesome. So, we’ve found our landing spot in Phoenix. (Bonus - we got to meet a couple of the cats that live there.)

The location was perfect for what we needed. The place is small but clean and cozy. The bed was very comfy but seemed small. Maybe a full or possibly a queen. (But felt like a small queen so just be prepared if you like a bigger bed) The neighborhood felt very safe and was so cute! Plus it has amazing food places to walk to! We did Cibo Italian (Omg amazing!) Pita Jungle happy hour, cheap and the food was incredible!! The Vig, amazing! Loved the easy check in and keyless entry. Also the full size fridge and kitchen are a great bonus. This place is a gem and I’d love to stay here again!

Overall, this property met my needs. I was in Phoenix for an event. I needed a place to sleep. If I were to have had to spend more time there, the litter box smell would’ve bothered me more. I’m assuming someone with a cat had stayed there. Not to mention the other cats roaming the property. So if you’re allergic to cats, probably not the place to stay. People were very friendly and everything I needed was within walking distance. I got lucky and got a spot on the street to park. I never moved my car while I was there for fear of not having parking. The suite definitely needs a deep clean and some fresh paint. Vince was great with communication. I truly believe he cares that you have a good stay. Did not use the pool though it looked clean and functional. I’m 50/50 on whether I’d book here again.

I liked that it was quiet and the room was clean

Hotels downtown were sold out so I took a chance on this studio apartment, and I’m so glad I did! It was so nice and comfortable, clean and in a quiet area. The pool is a nice bonus too :-). As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe the whole time. Vince and the booking staff were very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy to get to. Space was nice and clean, communication was available if needed.

Close to downtown Phoenix

It was alright, some minor stuff but check out is definitely way too early. 10 am is so rushed. You can’t do anything in the morning
