Modern Designer Studio with Pool

Great property and host. We spent two wonderful days at the property. So many walkable options. Would definitely book again.

The room was small but very nice for what I needed. A small table and chair would have been nice. Older building but rooms have been renovated . Staff was responsive when I had questions.

They put me in a room that’s look like under construction the cabinets were on the floor, the shower drain is clogged, No internet. Communication is zero, the virtual assistant they employed who is not in US have to go reach management before she can’t give answer and most time she never pick calls dues to time difference.

I had a great stay! Clean, quiet, and central downtown location. Great for a Suns or Diamondbacks game and walking distance from the convention center. Accommodating and helpful hosts! Would stay again

Convenient location, clean, spacious, and quiet. Slept well. The dryer wouldn't stay running for more than 30 seconds but not critical for me but for a longer stay would be an issue. I'll come back in the future. Price was reasonable.

I would definitely stay here again. Vince was very communicative and prompt with his response. The room was exactly as pictured.

The place is not bad in looks but there was some issues with the wifi. There was little to no connection and when reaching out the owner/host they did try to help the situation by answering us and giving us some hope that they will get to the bottom of it but they never did. So it kinda sucked as we spent majority of our stay inside for a relaxing weekend with really choppy wifi; so bad we had to use our own hotspot. And on the first night there the hot water ran out within 30 mins, but in the second night it did last way longer. The apartment is nice and cozy very modern but we really couldn’t enjoy our getaway because of the whole wifi drama. :(
