Room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful, location is good.

The toilet was blocked on our check out day. Good thing we only booked 1 night stay.

I like the amenities the room is clean and have comfy beds, nice view too

Shower curtain is a bit broken in room 1550. Better if they replace it with sliding glass door for shower. But not a big deal. Most equipments/machines at the Gym is not working, I love that they provide towel and water at the Gym though. Love the shower area too.

"Excellent location with affordable price"

Excellent location and can’t beat the price! However, please advise your staff to treat guest fairly! I noticed that they are more responsive and helpful with other guest compared to Balikbayan. I have my own assumption why this is so, but will let you address your staff pertaining to this.
