I booked a stay here to prepare for the Manila Marathon. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that the hotel does not provide a complimentary shuttle to and from MOA, which would have been very convenient for those who would like to go to MOA Check-in took around 15–20 minutes before I finally got my room. We were assigned to the 6th floor, adjacent to the wellness area. I noticed that the doors leading to the guest rooms were not secured—anyone could enter without tapping a key card, which felt concerning. The pool area was overcrowded, with limited lounge chairs, and the water was uncomfortably warm. Breakfast was also frustrating, as there was a long queue at the buffet. While the food selection was limited, the dishes available tasted good. Room service was helpful but only after two to three follow-ups, which made the experience less smooth. On the positive side, the rates are reasonable considering this is a Megaworld property. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the service and facilities. With better crowd management, improved security, and more attentive service, Kingsford Hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Location is fine. Atmosphere is fine. Rooms are small. Value is okay Cleanliness is fine. Noise Level - can hear talking next door. Service is mediocre. Thumbs down for letting us wait for an hour for a connecting room that was probably vacated even before we arrived. Thumbs down to the access pass on the elevators .. saying that the door access is full on the elevators tthat is why it cannot read it. so we were wating for that to light on our floor but no joy. We have to ask the reception to check it as we cannot go up. Turns out that service staff knows what to do .. we have to check both access in the elevator if it will go. if not go to another elevator that can accommodate the access. so it's. whacamole game. Oh well. they know the problem and yet they don't have a standby service person to assist. On top of that reception is not happy to assist you on this card issue saying that we need to fall in line. Can you imagine, we need to go to our room for a call of nature and you have to wait and fall in line. They should have a person available for this type of issues especially it is a known issue. And then the other room won't open because of the battery on the proximity sensor is low on battery. Can you imagine that.... Again it's a known issue and yet they have to wait for somebody to complain to address it. Their contact hotline doesn't offer help on post stay, we have to get to another line to get connected to a person who handles such. Once you dial 0 or 9 for operator, it drops the call. been trying it several times and not good. So we were calling because my wife probably lost or dropped her wedding ring, so I emailed and got no reply. so we called and they said they will check. The called back and said they have not found one.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is near the airport and Mall of Asia.The hotel facility is clean and the staff are helpfull and accomodating.

Location, staff and the breakfast is excellent.

The rug and chair were stained and not cleaned. The television channels were limited and not connected to the Wi-Fi perhaps the TV was not a Smart Television version.

Everything good but the bath towel too smelly.. But replace it fast after complaint but still have some smelly odour.. Other service are good and staff friendly
