"Need to improve the quality of your Hotel Service"

I would like to complain about the outlet. We checked in good for 3 people and the outlet was like only two? There’s a USB port on but it wasn’t working because we all used the type C port. Shower curtain is not good enough to support the water pressure to stop spreading in the toilet area. No hand towel and washcloths ? You need to request it. The curtain at the front was too dirty a lot of stain. About my bfast? I ordered my omelette and I said mushroom, tomato and onion when I come back and grab it there’s carrots, corn onions?

The staff, specifically the front desk. My special request wasn’t granted after they said they will provide it to me twice. Once when i called to reconfirm my reservation and secondly during check in.

I had a wonderful stay at Kingsford Hotel Manila Bay. The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located near Entertainment City, making it easy to access nearby attractions and shopping destinations. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. I was especially impressed by their hospitality and attention to guest comfort. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-kept and added to the overall experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. For the price, the hotel provides excellent value and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila.

"Perfect for family staycations"

We had a very relaxing overnight stay with my family. just walking distance to Okada Hotel, where you can choose from different restaurants. Nice pool view, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooms are fairly new and clean. The best part is that room rates are affordable. will definitely stay there again and stay longer.
