"Good stay overall—friendly staff and clean room, but the baby crib needs improvement."

We had a 2-day stay at Kingsford Hotel, and overall, everything was good. The staff were kind, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The executive room we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, we would like to give feedback regarding the baby crib we requested for our 3-month-old baby. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it because it was too low, seemed damaged, and had several stains. It looked quite old and did not feel hygienic or safe for a baby. We hope this can be improved for future guests, especially those traveling with infants. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant stay.

"all in all it was very good except during breakfast"
