Gentilezza dello staff, ottima posizione e buona la colazione. Bella la piscina e la palestra.

A volte basta un po' di accortezza in alcuni dettagli ad esempio le tende, il pouf e la testata del letto erano macchiati. Diciamo che da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più.

The property is clean. Staff were courteous and responsive to my needs.

There were black molds on the ridges of the bathroom.

On behalf of Mr. Martin Ram and the entire Ram Care team, I would like to share our experience during our stay. Overall, the experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay very pleasant. We especially appreciated the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job each day in ensuring that the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail helped create a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, and the restaurant team provided warm and attentive service. The waitstaff were friendly, accommodating, and contributed positively to our overall experience. The only areas we feel could be improved are the refrigerator in the room, which did not appear to be functioning properly, and the key card system. We experienced several instances where the key cards lost access and required reactivation, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay. Despite these issues, we had a very positive experience overall and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality and excellent service.
