Kingsford Hotel Manila Bay

The courtesy airport pickup was smooth, even though we arrived late for check-in. After our first night, we were moved to another room due to an issue with the original one. The rest of our stay was very enjoyable, and the staff were accommodating and helpful throughout. My only concern is the security bond. It takes quite some time for the hold to be reversed, so it would be more convenient if a cash bond option were available.

I've reviewed this hotel loads of times because we always stay there for connecting flights. It's 5 mins to NAIA by taxi. Great staff and food. Nice rooms which aren't big - but they're big enough. Has a nice pool area and gym. They do BBQ at the pool some nights and there's a singer - it's a nice evening.

Location's way out of public transportation, though. I appreciate water refilling station on the hallway, really. Easily checked out & staff was quick.

Room is clean the. View is disappointed ☹️ I request view of city .and high floor. Doesn’t follow . Breakfast is great many food choices. Excellent staff attentive

The Room was a bit small for a family of 4. I had an issue with my initial booking and the had me cancel it they said to add a bed for my 10 yr old kid I need to book 3 adults unlike other hotels they have complementary beds for kids. No one informed me that the refund would take 35-45 business days so I am still waiting which is so much of a hassle for me honestly. The view of the room was good but the pool was so dirty and murky. Value is okay but I guess I can get more from other hotels for the same price.
