The Waves Tulum by BNB Experience

The hotel is nice, the grounds are beautiful. The location is not far from the center.

For Mexico, this isn't a bad hotel. But there are quite a few downsides. Kitchen amenities are very limited. Our room wasn't cleaned even once during the week. There was only one towel for two people, and we had to use it for the entire week. Almost no one speaks English.

Pretty good property, the staff is amazing. Very present and comforting.

היו בעיות עם הwifi, כמה תקלות שהיינו צריכים שיתקנו כמו מים שלא יורדים באסלה ,אבל הצוות אדיב ותמיד עוזר עם חיוך. (אין אוכל במלון מלבד ארוחת בוקר מצומצמת)

La ubicación.

Todo estaba muy descuidado, la zona de restaurante prácticamente estaba abandonada, nos dijeron que había desayuno y era mentira. En la habitación estaban los electrodomésticos sucios, y las paredes también. La piscina de la terraza con mucha arena y el agua parecía sucia y usada.

Great price, great location. Absolutely loved the private pool! I wouldn't call it a hot tub because it's cold! Very clean room, great quality internet. I am very pleased with this property.

There were no pans to cook with. There was only 2 pots to cook with.
