"We absolutely loved our stay, location of our room and location of the property!"

As a mom with two children, especially one child being 2 years old, we loved the little splash pool with the boat and the slide! But even my 10 year old got out there and played :)

That the restaurant or cave cenote wasn’t open but I understand/understood it wasn’t busy and maybe that was the reason why? Our toilet didn’t work properly and the shower didn’t get hot.

Personnel sympa

Tout, lieu très loin je ne sais est ce que c’est un hôtel ou une résidence, si c’est un hôtel, il n’a rien avoir avec les standards d’hôtel. Le petit dej inclut ne rêvez pas svp. C’est 1 toast, fruits, et café. La chambre manque vraiment d’hygiène, durant tout mon séjour ils ont pas fait la chambre, mais quand il s’agit de demander des tip, ils sont présent
