AC was reslly noisy.

The view was nice, big rooms, high water presure, nice balcony.

Steep hill from main road.

very close to the bus station housekeeping everyday

the AC does NOT work , no matter what they say

Plus: nice garden and view, parking lot, clean.

Minus: very reluctant and unpleasant owners , noisy and very weak air conditioning for which you do not have a controller, the owners themselves determine what temperature you will have, the second room had a very weak fan, insufficiently equipped kitchen, if you have a car, only with a powerful engine because the road is very steep and broken.

Very nice apartments and cleaned every day

The property was at the top of a very steep hill and it was difficult to get a taxi from the beach up the hill although on a night it was ok if we had ventured into Skiathos town.

Very nice location, we especially liked the garden and the 2 pavilions, even if it is a step climb to the location from the street, we knew about it and it's a small price to pay for the tranquility you receive, since it's not next to the main road

Would be good if they install some insect nets at the bathroom window, and the balcony door, also a handel on the outside of the balcony door, so you can pull the door after you when you go out
