Building is up the hill so be prepared to climb

Amazing location, close to the bus stop, the beach and the supermarket. Lovely apartment. The air conditioning was working as well as the tv with netflix. It was cleaned every day and the staff were very nice and helpful. We couldnt have stayed at a better place.

Trovo questa struttura davvero molto carina ed in una posizione comodissima a pochi passi dal centro e con tutti i servizi sotto casa. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato un fortissimo temporale, durato ben 2 giorni, e da una parte del cartongesso entrava acqua, per fortuna non maniera eccessiva. Abbiamo mandato subito una mail per segnale l'accaduto ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Nel complesso comunque è una buona struttura.

A very beautiful and large apartment with an even more beautiful view. 50m from stop number 5 up the hill. The super helpful owner drove us to the airport when the island was hit by floods and the roads were almost flooded, for which we thank her very much.

Olga Villa is an absolutely lovely complex in a great location. Skiathos town is 10 minutes walking and also there is a bus stop and a supermarket at the beginning of the hill. It is close to Megali Ammos beach and bars/restaurants. The apartments are very nice,cleaned daily and the towels are changed once every two days.Complex has a lovely garden.The host is very nice and friendly,always trying to help.To those who are complaining about the steep hill to the villa-we we so happy to have that hill.We were at Skiathos during Daniel storm and because of that hill we were all safe,cars were ok and there was no flooding in our complex.The host was always there trying to help no matter the disaster that happened to the island.Next time we go to Skiathos,Olga Villa will be our place to stay

Rooms were clean, the location is very nice together with the view from balcony.

Airconditioning didn't work. If you are not fan of mosquitoes or extremely hot nights, it's a big problem. The other big problem was our interaction with some lady in charge of this accomodation. According to their booking page, we could check out between 11-12 am. She was very rude to us, when se told her, se would like to check out till 12, because they have someone new coming the same day little bit earlier. Then she stop talking to me when I wanted to discuss time, when it would be okay for both sides. Noone inform us about this in advance (she told us this information the day of check out at 9:30), neither politely ask if we could leave earlier, because it's change of accomodation condition from their side, not ours.

Perfect view from every single window. Quiet and green area. Just 50 meters downside the property you could find supermarkets, the bus station no 5 and crossing the street there was a way to Megali Ammos beach. The apartment was cleaned/arranged every single day (except Sunday), I highly recommend for families.

Indeed, the 50 meters of climbing the hill to the property are not so easy, but we did it with our 5 years old child, so if no serious health problems, than it will be fine. Also, good to mention that yes, the Skiathos Town is at max 20 min of walking, but you don't want to do that, there are no sidewalks. Better take the bus, 2 euro, max 10 min of waiting, until 1:00 late in the night.
