Bloom Hotel - Worli

Cocroaches were there in the room. Secondly, intercom was not working properly, I have informed on first day but no action. Service is also not optimal.

Location was good and staff was polite and helpful

Rooms were very small was not properly cleaned. There was no alcohol served like I have stayed in other bloom property there they did served but not here. Bloom Bandra is much better than worli

Having stayed in this same hotel multiple times, some expectations were calibrated will in advance. Bloom is good in parts. Very functional, though basic. The front desk team have consistently been warm and helpful.

Over the last year, the quality of upkeep and maintenance have dropped significantly. Have experienced leaky taps, missing shower cubicle doors, faulty TV over my last few visits. In the last visit I saw the breakfast quality dip. Empty dishes, long wait for food refills reduced breakfast to bread butter jam and an omelette.

Location is centrally located. Very near to Metro station Aqua line for easy commute.

Nothing specific , the rates are very high so considering property facilities.
