The external part of the building and stairs and corridors where really scruffy and dirty but the inside was surprisingly clean ( no toilet rolls though )

Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs. The apartment was covered in dirt, from stains on the sofa to dirty cups in the cupboard. The radiators were so hard to get to work. We didn’t see ONE staff member the whole stay. The main door to the building was always left open so we didn’t feel very safe, anybody could be sleeping in the hallways! Millions of stairs just to get to your room especially with no railings to help! Just to add that the health and safety wasn’t even in English!

Excellent apartment, clean and in great location only 5 minutes away from train station and town centre. Definitely will be coming back in future. Came out to see my new great grandson in Kirkheaton. Cannot fault it at all.

The comfort

The tv was really slow and the remote barely worked and Za naab was watching tangled

Size of rooms good. Good price.

We were given the wrong door code so couldn't get into the room. Had to phone emergency number and eventually were given the right code. Outer door onto street was broken and wouldn't close properly, which didn't feel all that safe. Kitchen facilities very basic and wouldn't have been sufficient to cook a meal. Luckily we weren't planning to. Wasn't happy paying such a big damage deposit as don't usually have to pay that with accommodation bookings.
