Beds were comfortable shower and bath were clean

How we had to change between apartments of how dirty and unhygienic it was

The lock on the apartment door was a bolt lock that didn't unlock when you used the door handle. Made me feel secure.

Different spelling on booking . Com to what it was called, made it hard to find. The lock box number for my door was Different to what I was told. Whole apartment smelt like stale cigarettes.

The room stunk of smoke We left half way through the night as didn’t feel safe. The spot lights were flickering in the bedroom too and didn’t appear safe

The space in the apartment was good. We booked an apartment but upon arriving the bed was soaked from the rain as the window had been left open. We called the number on the bookong and they moved us straight away.

The carpet had lots of stains on, there was a strong smell of marajuana when we entered the apartment and the shower went cold in the morning so we couldn't all take a shower.

An awful place to stay, rundown, stank of smoke, hadn’t been hoovered. The bed was broken, with half the slats missing, was filthy underneath. Holes in the walls and the corridors had broken stair cases. Not with the £103 we paid (we had no choice due to cancelled trains). Avoid at all costs unless you are planning on drinking yourself unconscious.

Awful from start to finish. We cudn’t find the place to start with. There was no parking in centre! The room was freezing and it was -4 outside. Warmer outside then in! Staff were uncontactable and rude when they bothered to answer the next day. Worst part was I ended up with a chest infection from the dirt and cold. Not happy.

Great position for the centre of Huddersfield and easy to find. Spacious. Private and quiet overnight.

Decor was minimalist- all grey with no pictures on the wall or splashes of colour so not very homely. A tea towel, oven glove and sharp knife would have been welcome. Security around getting the entry details seemed unusually complicated.
