"This property is not value for money. The room I was checked in was in the attic"

Location to my meeting

This property is not value for money. The room I booked indicated I will have a view to the city, I was checked in to an attic room with no windows with street view. The windows in the attic room only gave a view of the sky. It felt like an incarceration during my stay in the attic room. The bathroom was not well lit and the heating in the bathroom was permanently off. Please if you are staying at this property ensure you confirm with the host you will get the exact room as advertised. I was disappointed with this property
