El servicio del staff es excelente, la amplitud de las habitaciones, el desayuno, todo muy bien!!

Bonito y ya. El bar nunca abrió. La zona donde está ubicado está feo.

The property is perfect for a relaxing and fun visit to Merida. The hotel pool and private plunge pools are a real plus in the hot weather. The rooms are well appointed, the air conditioning works great, and the beds are super comfortable. The greenery and plants make the outdoor space feel like a tropical paradise. Above all, the staff are exceptional. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable about Merida and take care of every detail with great professionalism. The operations team is on top of every detail. The cleaning staff and wait staff are super helpful, willing to go over and beyond to make sure guests have what they need. I highly recommend the spa, too! Hotel Unknown is like my home away from home and the only place I stay when visiting Merida. I can’t wait to go back.

The place was fully rustic. The A/C was not able to cool the living room part of the room. The bedroom, however, did manage to get cool. The floors were not as clean as they could have been- I found this out after walking on them with only my socks. It was difficult reaching our room as we had to traverse railroad ties that were half buried into the ground. The foilage leading to our room was overgrown. There was no telephone in room- glad there wasn’t an emergency.

En limpieza di 3 estrellas porque al buscar un arete miré bajo de la cama y había basura y mucho polvo, como que esa área no la limpian regularmente. Pero el resto de la habitación limpia.

Fue una excelente experiencia, es un hotel pequeño adaptado a partir de una casa grande antigua, ahora está renovado completamente y cuanta con todos los servicios necesarios en instalaciones modernas con un toque colonial. El personal fue lo mejor, un súper servicio desde que llegamos, durante el desayuno y al momento de salir. El día que estuve con la familia desafortunadamente no funcionó el Wifi y por lo mismo no tuvimos TV. No fue tanto problema porque solo nos quedamos 1 noche.

Las personas que atienden son extraordinarias, tienen una excelente actitud de servicio. El hotel se ve muy lindo en las fotos, sin embargo, tiene detalles que hacen que no sea realmente espectacular. Se ven lo cables en las lámparas, la recepción está muy X. el comedor está bastante feito. Dicen que Dios está en los detalles, creo que si cuidan ciertos detalles pueden ser un extraordinario lugar
