Es un hotel acogedor ubicado cerca de el centro de Mérida, el bar funciona las 24 HRS, excelente servicio.

I am requesting a refund. Last night I tried to contact you, but nobody followed up on my complaint. Around 10:30 p.m., I saw one large dead cockroach and another one alive in my room, which I had to kill. When I reported this to the receptionist, he told me I could use a spray — which is a completely inappropriate response. I explained that I have asthma, and he replied that I should have told them earlier. I said that I should not have to notify the hotel in advance in order to avoid being exposed to pesticides. I was moved to another room, but I still could not sleep well. There was no blanket, I was unsure if there were more cockroaches, and there was no fridge in the room. Overall, I am very upset with Expedia for this experience and the lack of proper support.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Need DiDi/Uber to go places. It is a different kind of hotel, coming from western country. Only give you limited things for breakfast. Pool is ok, but you have to claim it. If some family is using it, you cannot use it, there is no place to just hang out. Rooms are unique, with sitting area. Because of the greenery at the hotel, lots of mosquitoes, I got bit many times. It was decent hotel, but, I will not be staying there next time.

Super jolie décoration et chambre très spacieuse. Belle piscine extérieure peu utilisée donc agréable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Un peu loin du centre mais permets d’être au calme Il faut marcher 15-20 min pour trouver les restaurants les plus proches Cela se fait néanmoins facilement

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere. I do wish the customer service had been a bit more attentive. The property is still undergoing some construction, and we noticed tools left along the walkway and near our room. We only tried breakfast once, so I can’t speak much to the food overall, but that one experience wasn’t our favorite. On a positive note, I did enjoy a wonderful massage during my stay—it was truly relaxing and a highlight of the trip.

Esta bonita, muy limpia, incluye el desayuno pero todos días te oftecen huevo y el último día solo a cambio me ofrecieron hotcakes y solo 2, el café horrible en ningún momento me olía o sabía a café y las capsulitas solo te regalan 2 y las demás 40 pesos cada una.
