"Loved the Hotel, Except for One Unfriendly Breakfast Staff Member"

The reception team was fantastic—so knowledgeable and friendly. Bernadette was especially patient and helpful, and her excellent recommendations made our trip to Madrid truly memorable. Maria also provided us with great information about the city. The location is unbeatable, with everything within easy walking distance and a metro station right in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The rooftop pool area was beautiful, with lovely views, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed with an Ibiza-style chill vibe. Great value as well! For all of these reasons, I rated the hotel as excellent. The only downside was the friendliness of one breakfast hostess. Unfortunately, she came across as unwelcoming and unfriendly, and we noticed that other travelers seemed to have had the same experience. Aside from this issue, our stay was wonderful.

"Hotel buen situado con pésima política de cobro,"

La reserva se hizo con una tarjeta de crédito que después se actualizó por otra. No se tomó en cuenta la actualización y se hizo el cargo de la primea noche a una tarjeta errónea. Para poder pagar el resto de la estancia con una nueva tarjeta pretendían que el titular de la primera les autorizara a realizar el pago completo de la estancia cuando ésta ya se había abonado.. El día de la salida se realizó un cargo por uso de objetos que no se había realizado.

"Hôtel confortable avec un emplacement parfait!"

L’emplacement était parfait et le personnel est très courtois et gentil. Le lit et la literie étaient très confortables. La piscine sur le toit est magnifique et offre une très belle vue.

La douche coule dans la chambre et clairement cela faisait un certain temps car les lattes de bois du plancher bougeaient et le bas du mur était abîmé. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est un peu décevant. Aucune nourriture ou boisson n’est permise à la piscine si ce n’est que celle commandée au resto de l’hôtel. Cette formule ne répond pas à notre avis au besoin touristique actuel.
