Location is excellent , in the old part of Madrid , close to palace

Shower recess leaks from the bottom , not overflow just bad renovation , they are aware of the problem and want to fix with silicon but it’s bigger than that . Pool closed even though it could be open , roof top bar not open which is a shame . Staff nice but owners of hotel need to take accountability for issues listed above

Location, style etc is nice...over all pretty good for a city break. Nice view of the opera building and a small roof top.

We had issues with noise, both from the square below and being next to the lifts/ cleaning room and with cleaner trolley outside our room. a Wasn't great value for money at the time we arrived prices were high.Well designed but compact ( not tiny). Some staff were more helpful than others.

Especially I enjoyed roof, we stayed in March, and it wasn't crowded. Pool was not working but we enjoyed a view and comfy sitting area.
