"Great hotel, great staff, great location"

We love your hotel and we had a wonderful six nights. We were very happy to have an early check in on the Thursday and a late departure yesterday so gave us extra time ! We enjoyed your roof terrace and although the pool is small and shallow I swam every day ! Reception staff were very helpful as were the bar staff where we had a night cap every night. Our room was a corner room so we had wonderful space and once we got used to how the electric curtains worked then we were all set ! The hotel is so well situated - we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go to. thank you and we hope to be back Val and Mark

"Perfekt für Zentrum Madrid, etwas teurer."

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der Metro. Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Oper.

Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, nur Klimaanlage.

I liked the location, the rooftop pool was great, Marta or Martha at the front desk was very helpful

the hall signs leading to the pool could have been a bit clearer and there was a lot of up and down to get there but, worth the effort for sure.

La incertidumbre, la ilusión y la sorpresa. El entorno ofrece muchas posibilidades de socializar y conocer Madrid: Sol, Arenal, Ópera, Plaza Mayor...

La masificación en la cafetería, me llevé un buen rato buscando acomodo. Ambiente agradable, era comprensible
