USgreat location with a lovely view of the harbor especially at sunset.
Although 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are advertised there are really only 2 bathrooms with a sink and a toilet in the laundry room down the main hall. although the property sleeps 6 there were wine glasses only for 4. You can’t drink the water which we were not aware of - and were told only when we asked and only 2 small bottles were given to 6 people to share. one of the beds was very squeaky. the twin bed room is narrow and not great for couples. The local host was not that friendly and on checkout had us wait while he checked the apartment over making us feel like we were some sort of criminals (yes check the apartment but there is a nice way to do it!!). we were responsible for putting out trash and recycling of which we were not aware. And we were only given one set of keys until we had to ask and wait for another set on the second day. The view and location are great. Attention to small details and a more friendly attitude would do a lot to improve the quality of this property.

GBThe location and layout of the apartment was superb, wonderful views from the lounge and a small balcony to open onto. Easy access to all of Ortigia within walking distance
The hosts 'wonderful Italy' advised on parking stating 15 euros a day, it was a shock to pick up our car and get a bill for 128 euros, there was no tariff on the car park recommended by Rafeal so if your parking double check tariffs. Very disappointed with the advice from host

ITthe location to the old town and the sea view from the apartment.
Limited amenities for guests not even enough water. Two small bottles for 6 people! Welcoming of guests was matter of fact and rushed. Door locks jammed and no emergency contact until the following morning. No instructional manual, no contact numbers, customer service could improve.
