Magnificent property in a magnificent town. On the first floor with views straight across the Grand Harbour from the sitting room windows. Balcony to stand on. Sitting room is huge with tiled floor, big tv (Netflix), comfy sofas and a hard upright sofa for those who may be a bit creakier, and a dining table. Lots of arty stuff that makes it feel like home. Bedrooms are more than big enough. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen has dining table for 4 and is well equipped for cooking. Air con. TBH as soon as our host had left we pounced on the contract to make sure we hadn't mistaken the price because we thought it should be way above our budget! Loved it so much we stayed another night. Other have mentioned some issues: we can say the wifi was solid, fast and reliable, and the place was scrupulously clean. Great position ... just around the corner to the water and the duomo. Already planning when we can come back! (PS. It must have a one bed option as there's a lockable door which closes off the double and singles (two single beds in one room) bedrooms. This one bed option will still provide two baths.)

Two things: 1. when we arrived the handbasin in the second bathroom emptied straight onto the floor. Judging by the water damage this had been going on for a while, but as soon as we reported it, it was fixed. Same day with profuse apologies. 2. Only one set of keys. This is because the air con has a key on the locked key ring. You put the air con key into a little box in the kitchen and that activates power to any of the air conditioners. BUT if you remove it then aircon goes off. This is, presumably, to ensure people don't leave it on when they go out. We are, though, two couples who did our own thing quite a bit so constantly messaging to check who had the keys and when they would be back was a pain. An idea: provide two sets of keys to the door of the property and then put a lock box in the front hall (maybe in the meter cupboard), so whoever goes out last puts the keys in there and whoever comes in next can pick them up from there. That would have made it MUCH easier for us. Was anthing a deal breaker. Definitel not.

We loved the central location - and the apartment itself was amazing. The view of the bay can not be beat. We could easily walk any where we needed and there were shops and restaurants (the best on on the island is just steps away Regina Lucia) close.

We had trouble finding it at first, but that was Google Maps - taking us to the wrong place. The management company were a bit over the top. The made us wait while they went over the apartment with a fine tooth comb to make sure we didnt break or dirty anything. We took and extra effort to make sure everything was clean and orderly - and it still took them about 20-30 minutes to look over things. Also - just be warned we had the breaker pop around 5 time when we were there. They knew the power was an issue - and its fine, but I just wish they had told us the fix during check in.

My family and I were thrilled with the property and we enjoyed our two days with you…next time we wish to stay longer!

Bathrooms need a thorough clean. Carpets likewise.

The property was in a perfect position and it was so clean and spacious for the four of us.It was perfect for a family or couples.

I have No negative things to say about this property.

Apartment location was perfect, apartment is a good size, comfortable and clean.

One of the beds leaned down at the headboard and needs to be leveled. It was never explained to us how to turn on the air conditioning system.

The apartment was brilliantly located overlooking the sea and a short walk from the Piazza. It was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
