AUThe location was perfect. The view of the harbour from the living room was amazing. The main bathroom was modern and spacious but the ensuite bathroom was cramped.
I reported a number of issues regarding maintenance of the property. Only very basic supplies were included.

USNo info about appliances, cloths dryer ? no food but 2 small waters ,5 coffees ,no kitchen linen, third bedroom bad futon. Needs deep cleaning, tiles in bath not clean. Needs refreshing. No city information, maps or restaurant info. Not hospitable . Style good, view of harbor out of one window.

Only one set of keys. Average kitchen facilities eg no oil, salt, pepper, kitchen towel, extra bin bags, tea, towels, etc. Only 2 dishwasher tablets given for five nights stay, but it was not worth a while to go out and buy a whole new box. We had to buy more toilet rolls because weren’t enough left for us. We couldn’t bring any of these things as we had flown to Italy. These are all things that other reviewers have said. Building work in building opposite the bedrooms started at 7 o’clock in the morning, not something that the apartment could do anything about but be aware.

The staff were a let down, they told us the apartment was available at 1pm and didn’t turn up to let us in until 3pm, this was irresponsible and unacceptable, they should have been clear in the beginning. I will never use Wonderful Italy again, they are interested in making money and not caring enough about their guests. There was only one key between 4 guests
