We are writing to formally raise several concerns regarding our recent stay at your apartment in Ortigia. From the outset, the check-in process was confusing and unnecessarily stressful. The system failed to accept my passport, despite successfully processing three out of four others in our group. I attempted to contact your team multiple times in the days leading up to our arrival, but received no response. This lack of communication persisted until the actual day of check-in, leaving us uncertain whether we would be able to access the property at all. Upon arrival, we were checked into an apartment that did not match the one we had booked — we had reserved a 3-bedroom unit, but were given a 2-bedroom instead. While we accepted this change after being assured that the sofa bed would be made up for us, this commitment was not honored. No linen was provided, and the bed was not prepared. After a long day of travel, we returned to find this issue unresolved, and had to spend 30 minutes trying to figure out the sofa bed ourselves. My son ended up sleeping without proper bedding that night, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the apartment was substandard. Out of the three bedroom units, two had ACs that were either non-functional or not blowing cold air. We reported this issue but did not feel taken seriously. Although someone was sent to look into it, the problem remained unresolved — the units still did not cool the rooms. As a result, we endured two extremely hot and uncomfortable nights. We were told an engineer would be sent, but no one has come. Furthermore, one of the two AC units in the living room was also not working. Out of the four AC units in total, we only had one functioning remote, which caused additional inconvenience as the system kept timing out. Lastly, we requested extra kitchen glasses and it took two days to receive a response. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs has been disappointed

AC was completely broken and the apartment was 30 degrees C. No response to multiple messages requesting to have the AC fixed. Also, told upon arrival that our check in was delayed 45 minutes because the unit was late with being cleaned - we were left waiting outside with luggage. Ants in the bathroom and living room. Mold in showers. Wonderful Italy management has horrible customer service.
AUThe location and view from the balcony was outstanding.
Facilities were a bit light-on. No dish cloths, one dishwashing tablet for 4 days and the main bed was very squeaky.

Apartment ill-equipped, host unresponsive and unhelpful. One of our beds had no linens. After repeated requests, they were finally provided at 10:30 p.m., and did not fit the bed. Repeated requests for adequate sheets were ignored, as were requests to fix the leaking shower. Would not recommend.
RO- location is nice, direct view to the sea from the balcony and living room
- 1 out of 3 bedrooms has no doors and the bathroom is not in the room but close to the kitchen - poor quality for mattresses and furniture overall
