Only one set of keys is not enough for x6 people. One of the apartment beds had a very thin uncomfortable mattress and one didn’t have enough kitchen equipment

Mala limpieza, sin productos de aseo ni de limpieza. Un olor horrible en la calle, justo en el portal de aguas fecales de una tubería del edificio de enfrente y encharcaba la calle.

We had asked to use the sofa bed as a group of 6 but on arrival it was not made and when we asked for it they wanted an additional €23 which seemed unfair.

O apartamento estava muito sujo e a equipe envia muitas mensagens desconsiderando que você está de férias, além de repetir as regras, tornando a estadia incomoda e insegura, porque fica a impressão de que você não está cuidando do imóvel. São tantas regras e taxas que é difícil entender. Eles cobram taxas extras e se negam a dar a chave se você não pagar.

AUNo garbage bags or kitchen paper towel :: very mean for the rental fee!! Rubbish disposal needed to be explained properly !! Where to leave it and sorting it❓❓❓⁉️Need to leave 5 tablets for dishwasher and washing machine for 5 day rental!
FILTHY STAINED BEDS, MATTRESS AND LINEN UPSTAIRS - whole place need to be updated AND the apartment needs complete paint - it’s beautiful but VERY TIRED! Rusty railing on balcony - no LOVE for the property😏 Clock battery needs replacing & downlights ALL need replacing as some flickering and others NOT working!! PHOTOS of bedding sent to Operator !! We could NOT occupy this room due to DIRTYNESS!!!! Very Disappointing😞
AULocation & view were amazing. Rooms all very large & light. Terrace beautiful to sit for breakfast.
Kitchen was in a cupboard (2 x cupboards) very disjointed & not practical to use. Benches very flimsy, no toaster. No laundry basket provided so had to use plastic bags to take clothes out to the terrace to dry. Only 1 set of keys provided so difficult when 2 x couples
