Mathew Street City Centre Apartments by Happy Days

Its a scam, they collected deposit and never returned it. After one month i've communicated to them and requested to check. Firstly, they tried to convince me that deposit was returned to me, then when i confirmed this is not the case, they responded to me that they kept depsoit, because we were smoking in the property, which was not the case. They rejected then to provide any evidence of the record of smoking, stopped responding to me at all. Be careful. And if you decide to stay there, be ready you will not receive your deposit back.

Great apartment right beside Matthew Street with Beatles memorabilia and lots of bars with live music. All amenities needed for a good stay. Check in was simple.

No air-conditioning

Location was great Apartment was nice

Shower hose was leaking so pressure wasn't great, awful smell from the bathroom throughout the stay, pillows weren't the best, 2 were completely yellow were horrible, double bed mattress was really really bad, no comfort at all like sleeping on the wooden bed frame itself,

The location was good very central to everything.

The apartment was quite dirty, stains and bits on the sheets and beds, the floors and kitchen cupboards were filthy and the bathroom had a horrible smell like sewerage.
