Top notch service-especially by Rafael A. Loved the complimentary snacks, turn down service with cookies, tea service, Finest Hour, and delicious breakfast. Felt thoroughly pampered during our stay. Great place for a girls trips-the Dyson hair driers, two-Queen rooms, and double vanity sinks perfect for sharing. Would come back to this property in a hot minute. Highly recommend.

Friendly, well trained staff beginning (and ending!) with Rafael the valet. Arrived early and dropped off our bags and walked to the maker and a few art galleries. Got a text right on time that our room was ready. Had a refreshing cocktail handed to us as we went up to the room where we found some local snacks and beverages waiting for us. Went down to the 4-5pm social hour where select beer, wine and a signature cocktail are offered with one appetizer. We had a lager, Pinot Grigio and phyllo cups filled with fig and Brie. Set the temperature just how we wanted it for sleeping. Had a restful and quiet night. Had a quick included breakfast which is presented European style but also did offer eggs and sausages. Would stay again when in town.

The hotel is lovely, the staff is wonderful and friendly and Rafel is fantastic! Plus so many great perks. My daughters and I ejoyed this beautiful hotel very much!

We had a fabulous stay at the Loutrel for our anniversary weekend. The hotel is beautiful and everything well thought out. The rooms were amazing; especially loved the large shower and double sinks in the bathroom. The staff was very welcoming and personable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, the happy hour in the afternoon and the veranda lounge in the evening. Appreciated all of the extras that were offered, as well, like the snacks throughout the day and the robes in the room. Location is perfect and walkable to so many places. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to best restaurants and historic Charleston sights. Very friendly and helpful staff, including Carl and Tasha. Really enjoyed our stay!

The Loutrel is a great hotel from the moment you walk into the lobby. The ambiance is nice with a welcoming bright and sunny lobby and wonderful staff. The entire staff was great to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend
