Beautiful property, friendly staff. Rooms are attractive with good amenities.

A very boutique feel in a large hotel. Food and staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and stylish. Gym was very adequate for someone who just does free weights. The best was the that not only had ice machines, but they were that nice “soft” ice you can chew and the ice machine also had built in filtered water. They also supplied bottle water in the room with a metal bottle that was easily refillable…a must for Denver and the altitude.

I didn’t get any perks. This is the last time I’m using hotels.com except to use up my points because I don’t receive any of the perks in this hotel you represented as having a pool and it was a 15 minute cab right away that is not having a pool. there was no black tea in the hotel room when I requested it I was still giving fruity teas and they didn’t have black tea in the lobby restaurant they were out!
