We had a great time. The hotel was clean, crisp and all around comfortable.

Poor customer service. The rooms smell like male cologne because it is part of their "signature Thomspon scent." If you have allergies, it is really bad. The bathroom sink kept leaking, and the walls are paper-thin. The curtains don't close all the way, so light comes in all night. One of the front desk employees was rude and dismissive of questions about the booking. I would not stay here again.

Meh. Stayed at the hotel because that was where my event was. Corner room faced an alley on both sides. Views were nonexistent. Was able to hear people from the room above and the ambient noise from the street and alley were very prominent. The windows have no soundproof qualities at all. Bathroom lacks a vent fan, didn’t have a remote for the TV, bed was average and no extra pillows or blankets in the room. There is a 20% surcharge for any food or bev purchased at the hotel in lieu of a gratuity, but they still offer the chance to tip. Overall, worked for convenience but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Front desk staff was elsewhere when checking in. Supposed to have 2 water bottles in room, there were none. Otherwise very nice facility.

The sound proofing on the guest rooms needs to be improved. We were able to hear every door open, toilet flush, and footstep coming from all directions. The hotel provided ear plugs which were helpful. Other than this it was a great stay!

Well appointed hotel with thoughtful details in the room, nice gym and welcoming bar.

Friendly staff, clean room, close cheap public parking garage block away. Very nice experience.

Loved this hotel. We walked to the Ball Arena from here close and a safe walk. Tons of shopping and food.
