Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Loved dam near everything really recommend it to everyone who’s going on a all inclusive.

I had a brand new very expensive cologne left at the property & they did not notify me that i left it behind nor did they call me back after i realized i had left it there I called about 5 times asking for it and they gave me the run around. One lady said she would ask and call me right back. The cologne isnt only expensive it was a gift for my birthday & was brand new. I really wish they would of owned up or tried to make it right. They did neither. Do not plan on staying at any secrets resorts

Beautiful property with amazing pools and great food. Beach was not great but the pools and delicious food totally made up for it. Loved the proximity to great Grand Coyote golf course too.

We loved our stay but we did have dirty towels and bed sheets, they did replace them once we asked but other then that it was excellent the hotel wasn’t busy and it was claim especially from 7 pools to pick from. The ocean water was not that great very brown water and lots of seaweed by the beach it did seem to be clearer

Pool, the activities, spa was excellent, food was okay but not excellent

El hotel en general, el que tenga varias albercas con distintos ambientes esta muy padre.

Que habia pocas sombrillas en las zonas de alberca, que hay mucha vegetación que no te permite ver el mar desde la alberca y que la playa no es bonita.

I liked the numerous pools, and the beach was dirty with algae. The food options are limited in variety, although there are many restaurants. The buffet is always the same every day. The room was quiet, clean, and had good room services. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Truly a 10/10 stay—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The property was beautiful. There was so much to do. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious. Our favorite was Allure.

The air conditioning didn’t work well in our room and it smelled of mold. The room was clean but I believe the air conditioning needed to be serviced.
