So relaxing. Great restaurants and activities. Favorite staff was David, the pool concierge and Francisco the bartender

I only wish there had been more fruit stands. We went there craving all kinds of fruit and not one fruit stand was found. Just some basic fruit in the dining hall.

Best hotel in Cancun. I strongly recommended

Amazing property

Lo único muy positivo son los empleados, su atención, predisposición pero sobre todo los mozos. En cuanto a recepcionistas y room service un desastre. Los únicos puntos a favor son por ellos.

Todo, la vista de la habitación da a una construcción que es penosa, nunca me pasó, ni estando en hoteles mil veces más económicos. Esas habitaciones no deberían darlas a no ser que estén full en capacidades y eso no pasó, estaba prácticamente vacío y con razón! Amanecíamos viendo los tractores pasar y los martillazos de la construcción. El room service un desastre, estaba enferma y volando de fiebre y no fueron capaces de traerme un plato de comida a las 22hs. Fui personalmente al restaurante a pedir un plato de comida y tampoco me lo dieron para llevar. Tuve que cenar en el puesto de tacos con los gatos, en un hotel de 600/700usd la noche. La farmacia me dio 80 vueltas para venderme un paracetamol porque me querían dar otras cremas mucho más caras que no me sirvieron. Como si eso fuera poco, SE NOS CORTÓ LA LUZ!!! POR HORAS!!! y nadie se acercó a decirnos cuándo iba a volver ni a darnos información. Pedí libro de quejas en recepción y ver cómo podía levantar una queja y nada. Me decían que me queje por esta encuesta inmunda y el pobre booking no tiene la culpa. No voy a parar hasta que me respondan con una solución ya que el precio que pagué es elevado para un servicio tan mediocre y para estar a oscuras con la linterna del celular prendida subiendo escaleras con 33º, para eso me voy a Salta La Linda. Se notaba demasiado la diferencia entre el trato a los yankees, un hotel totalmente vende patria. Por ser latino o Argentino en nuestro caso te discriminan y priorizan a los Americanos. Nos boludeaban hablando en Inglés. AH! Y ENCIMA EN UN HOTEL MEXICANO TE HABLAN EN INGLÉS!!! Un desastre total. PD: AGUANTE XCARET. Si tienen la posibilidad y los recursos jamás elijan este hotel, elijan algo realmente bueno y a la altura. Estos son unos lamebotas de Americanos siendo que ellos los detestan y los tratan con desprecio. Y no me avive de sacarle foto a la vista porque era tan horrible que me daba vergüenza mostrarla.

The property, food, service, and pools were all top tier and I have nothing but good things to say. One thing I didn’t like was that there was construction going on every day besides sunday on the Impressions roof top, which sucked because we had to pay extra to be there on that roof top. We actually ended up staying on the preferred roof top more often because there was no construction. Another thing that isn’t great is the smell of sea weed (although this is not the fault of secrets). One final thing that is not great about the resort is the beach. If you are looking for a nice beach, go to a different resort. Nobody was on the beach, and we didn’t stay at all at the beach. The resort was very safe and the staff very welcoming. Our butlers and waiters were the best service I have had at a resort. However, there was one event that made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. During dinner one night, one of the servers was staring and whistling at my wife. I had found out after the fact, and raised the concern to one of our butlers. They assured us that this incident would be investigated, but we never heard back. This really bummed us out. Overall, I give it a 4/5 for the resort. It really was a nice resort and we enjoyed our time (besides the incidents that I highlighted above).
