Rupa Rupa High Jungle Eco B&B

This place was great! The area is beautiful. The staff is amazing! The rooms are so cool and the roof top hang out spot is the best. The staff even woke up super early to make us breakfast so we could catch our bus to Machu Picchu. I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing and super unique hotel! This place made our stay in Aguas Calientes. The wall to wall windows overlooking to mountains and jungle made it so hard to get out of bed 😍 the staff was so friendly and let us leave our bags while waiting for our train and the breakfast was amazing with the most gorgeous view. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this wonderful town and Machu Picchu:)

Nice place but the walk to the hotel was several stories high which could be difficult with little children or older folks. In addition, the main walkway up to the hotel(again, maybe 5 stories up) closes at 8 and the secondary stairs are very dimly illuminated and not very safe. You should bring a headlamp and be careful or your surroundings if alone.

Very unique place right on the main plaza. Amazing views. My only critique is that the moisture left a bit of a musty smell in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Once we arrived they wanted to change us the room that we paid via Airbnb for an small one, so we said not, after that they gave us one with the same size but not the one we paid (not the one on the picture) so we requested that give us the one on the picture, which answer was if we were going to make some kind of show because of that... I think this is not the way to treat a customer, and not a customer who already paid for that room. I´m very disappointed with the treatment.

The property is exactly what you might expect. Simple and inexpensive. I forgot my shorts and they didn’t give them back… I don’t think they stole them, they just didn’t call or email to help.

Nice good place to stay, good team, good breakfast. Nice view from the breakfast area. Only cons is the steps, uneven rock steps, the unit is higher up. People with elderly may want to put this into consideration. Other than that, this is good for the value, near to center. Great2 location. Close to train, close to machu picchu bus, close to food and stores. Great time in Agua Caliente.
