Deluxe City Centre Apt Balcony View Free Parking

I loved the area, and the place was clean

Loved everything

We were given keys to a different property completely further up the road. The doors in the bed room and living room that led onto a balcony had huge gaps above them. The weather wasn’t freezing but it did leave us feeling unsettled as the doors weren’t secure. Luckily we were out every day all day and only came back to sleep. We had to message the host to ask for the instructions for check in on the day as we weren’t sure when we’d receive them and he didn't answer multiple calls. We had to work out where the parking was ourselves. Over all we wouldn’t return and are gutted we paid such a high price for something that wasn’t deluxe at all.

Nothing with property but issue with parking Supposed to be free parking, got to car park barrier didn’t go up, we then tried the QR code didn’t work my man phoned tel number provided no answer, car waiting behind us to get in to car park the lady on car was lovely she got out of her car and also tried the QR code didn’t work in the end we had to get a ticket, cost us £40 in parking for the 2 days which we are not happy about, it was my 21st birthday and my parents booked this 2 night stay for me, location brilliant and due to free parking this was one of the main reasons why they booked it - not happy at all

Clean little apartment with about 10 min walk into city centre

Facilities was fine. The Host threatened to not give me access and leave me in the rain at 3am due to missing the email re safety deposit
