The location and outdoor terraces were incredible! Even better than photos. Very comfortable space and the heat and hot water worked well.

A self check in lock box would be helpful rather than having to coordinate with someone. Also, clear instructions for arrival and nearby parking should be provided as this was challenging enough but could be better.

The very spacious and well-furnished outside spaces - two of them! - were a wonderful treat. killer views. Fully equipped kitchen. Evidently lovingly cared for in the past.

A/C only on the ground floor, so upstairs bedrooms (especially the two on the third floor) were hot in the early Aug heat. The kitchen was not adequately cleaned (dried food/liquids on the dining table, kitchen shelf with crumbs and salt, greasy microwave table, dirty fridge door) and the top patio was an untidy mess. Full ashtray, dried food on the stone table, dirty and messy barbecue, badly stained chairs. Generally unkempt. Felt like it was on the market for sale and the owners no longer cared. Or maybe it was a singular lapse in housekeeping, or possibly very different standards from ours.
