We found the restaurants a little limited and loved the open bar but it was always full of smokers! The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good

Found it difficult to have nice sunbeds most days as people went out before breakfast. Hated the fact that the outside dining area for Ramadan was sprayed daily by people wearing masks, but we were given no warning - not good for a relaxing hotel.

Always present at just the right moment, he ensured that everything ran seamlessly, adding a personal touch that never felt forced. Equally memorable was the housekeeper, whose charm and friendliness brought a sense of comfort and warmth to each day. Returning to a perfectly prepared room is always appreciated, but here it came with a smile and a kindness that made it feel personal rather than routine. It’s these small, human touches that transform a great hotel into an unforgettable one.
