Excellent hôtel Tout est parfait, les infrastructures, la plage, la nourriture. Les restaurants sont excellents, tout comme le petit déjeuner fabuleux. Mais la vraie différence réside dans le personnel, qui est d’une gentillesse infinie, très efficace et adorable. Un grand merci à eux tous qui ont permis de rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Muscat Bay with my cousins, where we were kindly afforded a Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite. Quite simply, this was one of the finest holiday experiences I have ever had. There are a few hotels in the world given a 7 star rating which are not deserved. This hotel should be given a 7 star PLUS! From the outset, the level of service was exceptional. The check-in process, led by Shuaib and his colleagues, was warm, personable, and efficient, setting the tone for the entire stay. The valet team operated with impressive speed and professionalism, while the concierge was consistently attentive and effective in assisting with every request. The beachfront experience was outstanding. The water was crystal clear, calm, and perfectly suited for relaxation, and the beach staff were proactive and accommodating, always on hand to provide anything we needed without hesitation. Our suite was maintained impeccably throughout our stay. Housekeeping operated with precision and flexibility, ensuring the room was cleaned exactly when requested. Beyond their efficiency, the team were genuinely friendly and approachable, reinforcing the overall sense of care and attention. What truly elevated this experience, however, was the leadership at the property. The General Manager personally engaged with us during our stay and went above and beyond in a way that is rarely seen, creating a level of hospitality that felt both authentic and memorable. This stay was a testament to the standards of the Jumeirah brand at its very best. We were made to feel genuinely valued and exceptionally well looked after throughout. It is without hesitation that I say I will return, driven not just by the beautiful setting, but by the outstanding people who made the experience so special. This holiday was for the purpose of gaining some mental health alleviation from the bustle of work back home, and suffice to say, this was met in abundance from this property. I would like to thank everyone involved.

We visited Jumeirah for a day. We had a lovely breakfast with the best avocado poached eggs and amazing granola bars and cappuccino. The beach is stunning, clean with perfect service. One of the highlights is their spa - Talise Spa. Each treatment room has stunning beach view. You have to come ans experience it for yourself.

Our stay at Jumeirah Muscat was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is stunning with an elegant design that perfectly blends modern luxury with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Everywhere you look, there’s a sense of calm and sophistication, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the serene, open spaces and mountains overlooking the sea. A special thanks to Muriel who made our stay at Jumeirah Muscat even more incredible and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, her kind, professional nature and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond with her fantastic restaurant and excursion recommendations like snorkelling with turtles in the Damaniyat Islands and dolphin watching. Her attention to detail was exceptional always anticipating our needs and ensuring everything was perfect. Muriel is a true asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our trip was extra special! Cannot wait to return!!!

From reservation till check out I have been communicating with Shuaib! He is very professional, knowledgable about hotel and Muscat, and quick in actions! Will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to my friends. The hotel in overall is very satisfying! Jumeirah Standards at the top! Thanks!
