Sierra Blue Hotel & Swim Club

We had an excellent stay for one night at Sierra Blue. The hotel was nice, compact and clean. The pool was open but we didn’t have the time to really test it. Location is perfect and the staff was AMAZING, everyone was so helpful and nice and checking in and out was a breeze.

The building itself is old and the walls are not that soundproof but it didn’t bother our stay. For someone who is a light sleeper I would maybe recommend earplugs at night.

Although rooms are updated they are still pretty dirty. Also helps if it doesn’t reek of marijuana when you first walk in to reception.

My room was dirty! Made me question the overall cleanliness of my room! There was left over food containers & towel from prior guests, no doggie bags & the doggie baggie trash can was smelly and full! The guy at the front desk questioned me until I showed him the pics I took of these issues! The only thing I can say, is that the location was convenient to the Village

At check-in and check-out, people weren't friendly. One of our cover beds was dirty. They add a fee deposit and said they will pay back in 5 to 6 days Wasn't mentioned on your website

The location and staff are really nice. But it was overall dirty and felt very cheap.

Great location, great staff, clean rooms. One note: We could hear footsteps above us, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure to request higher floor.

If you like an old used toilet in the outdoor patio area and smelly room with only Roku TV and up charge for everything, maybe you’ll be okay. Not for me ever again. Location is good but that is it! Stay somewhere else. No one at front desk to help with issues either.

Beds were comfy minus the dog hair in them and little spiders all along the window sill. Room smelled bad so we had to go buy air fresheners, entire family was struggling with the odor. Empty Pepsi cans under the couch. No phone to call the front desk when we needed extra toilet paper, only provided one roll for a week stay. What if there was an emergency? Overall not my favorite place and would not stay here again, I would have gotten a refund if I could have. We also had to listen to loud dump trucks sit in idle for over an hour multiple days in a row parked in the alley next to our room both very early in the morning and the afternoon.
