El servicio de recepción fue excelente y como teníamos algo de prisa; ellos amablemente llevaron el equipaje a nuestras habitaciones; éstas son muy amplias, limpias, bonitas y cómodas; el precio del hospedaje fue muy accesible; no tuvimos oportunidad de ocupar más de sus instalaciones porque nuestro vuelo salía temprano.

Muy buenas las instalaciones en gral, quiero destacar la excelente atención y predisposición del personal ante un problema de salud que tuve. Super recomendable.

Excelente atencion. Muy grande el apartamento, los jabones e insumos de aseo para los huespedes son agradables, sin tantos quuimicos. Todo muy limpio, buen aire acondicionado, camas y almohadas cómodas, que para mí es muy importante. Volvería.

"Es un fraude. El hotel esta prácticamente cerrado."

La verdad nada. Nos tuvimos que ir.

Pedí cancelación gratis al hotel y nunca nos respondieron. Ya que cuando hicimos el check-in no se nos advirtió qué por el momento no contaban con diferentes servicios como: restaurante, bar, cafetería, servicio al cuarto, etc. Al enterarnos que no contaban con esos servicios y aparte ver que las habitaciónes estaban infestadas de mosquitos (nos pidieronque fuéramosal Oxxo a comprar insecticida), decidimos no hospedarnos y pedir reembolso. tampoco aceptaron hacernos nuestro Check-out. Creo que es procedente nuestro reclamo ya que en la página de Booking indican que cuentan con todos los servicios antes mencionados. Uno va con la idea de disfrutar el hotel y consumir. También cuando hice la reserva, me escribieron para ponerse a mis órdenes. Les pedí información para jugar golf, ya que también en sus servicios dice que se encuentran muy cerca de un campo de golf, nunca responden.
