Park Royal Homestay Los Cabos

In the middle of a golf course, so lots of green around you

Pool was closed at time on both stays due to the hotel pet iguana pooping in the pool; our table still had bottle stains from the previous tenant; when we checked in we were told someone would show us to our room but after waiting ten minutes we just went and found it ourself.

In dire need of maintenance and remodelling. Many things in room are in need of repair.

Very quaint boutique type hotel great location extremely nice staff

Some rooms are not nearly as nice as others and would like more water suppled

Really nice staff, very clean facility.

King bed was very comfy but wiggly.

The best part was meeting the amazing poolside bat staff, they absolutely made our stay very special ❤️

The shower needs fixing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nancy was a beautiful soul. I felt like old friends when we hugged goodbye. She even made sure to call me an Uber ride the morning of my departure and inquired as to the cost. The owner made sure I had enough water to drink since I was parched after my flight. He allowed me to access my room early and even gave me an upgrade.

The size of the hotel and convenience of the location.

A better toaster and our toilet did not work properly.
