location was good for us

no one at reception could communicate in english and the resort is over 90% english speaking people. Room was not what we booked. We booked a king jr suite. and received a jr suite with 2 small beds. Although the room was ok. Rooms are very outdated and with just a coat of paint and window and door maintenance and some kitchen upgrades it could be an excellent room

Loved the facilities and loved the kitchen staff

Front desk staff were always laughing and not being very professional.not very helpful No kettle which was annoying or extra garbage bags

Pool swim up bar and amenity's there were very nice.

Furnishings were a bit outdated but the suite was large and comfortable.

Everything! Great, comfortable value accommodations

No/inadequate water in bathroom on a daily basis

The staff were friendly. We always felt safe.

The room was really stuffy and needs new furniture - especially the couch. The doors need to be replaced, and the door shared by 303 and 304 should be more secure and soundproof. The screen door was completely broken. Upgrading the "patio" furniture would be nice too. Anything that can be done to soundproof the room would be beneficial. Lots of traffic noise in a stuffy room was not exactly ideal.

Gorgeous and spacious and beautiful pools. Lots of lounge area around pool.

The location was very difficult for me bc I couldn’t walk because of a foot injury~ I had to take Uber just to get to the corner drugstore. I wish breakfast had been included~ just something simple like toast or fruit.
