Friendliness of the staff!

The property needs a renovation - the rooms are just very old and therefore it doesn’t feel as clean and comfortable as they might are.

Loved having the restaurant on site and nice big comfortable rooms.

Pool and hot tub being heated - single biggest drawback.

Location and swimming pool, kitchen ware and Showers were also good.

TV channels, bad quality image, only twelve channels and some of them audio only. Mattress too sold and worn, last nite back pain woke me up, parking areas too small no more than 15 cars would be parked.

coffe provided the 1st day and water, nothing after that.. we ask inl obby for coffee and none avaiible. it was a special pot that require bags.never cleaned up around kitchen area

Hotel staff were excellent. Walking distance to a small mall, banking and some restaurants. Rooms were quiet, good AC.

Restaurant on site wasn't great but it is also not part of hotel. Quite a hike to the beach. Small, shallow pools. This hotel is also a timeshare and have sales people who will try to set up meetings with you, but this is common everywhere in Cabo.

We were thankful to find a last minute room due to our planned rental being out of power. The price would gave been ok had the property been clean

The outside facilities were not clean and we didn't see anyone cleaning while we were there. We could forgive that due to the storm but our room was dirty also. I had to wipe down everything. Very disappointed.

Great service, friendly staff.

No hot tubs functioning. Restaurant not open early enough. No elevator.
