The accommodation is ideally situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area in Old Town. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, or sightseeing, you'll find everything you need.The combination of cleanliness, comfort, outstanding service, and great location made it a very pleasant experience for me.

Noise level . Ceiling/floors are too thin. You can hear neighbours too clearly, although I appreciate that they may suffer very little adjustments as heritage old buildings may not allow heavy structures. Soundproofing the rooms could greatly improve the comfort of light sleepers. However, personally, I was not affected by that, and I would not hesitate to re-book the same location if I were to return to Chania.

Casa di Portou No3 is in a perfect position to explore old Chania Town. Just outside of the busy area with only a little occasional noise later at night. It is a family run accommodation with a lovely Jewellery shop they also own at street level. Penelope & Dimitrios were both very helpful. The building is really old with lots of character. We noticed lots of people photographing it. The room is beautifully done and very spacious with lovely features. Old Chania is one of the most picturesque Greek towns we have seen. We would definitely recommend Casa di Portou No3.

The stairs to the rooms are quite steep. This is not a complaint but more to make people with mobility problems aware.

Definitely can recommend, everything what you need , in the middle of old town, very clean and beautiful.

Lovely hosts. Clear communication and check in instructions. The owners provided helpful info about parking options in the old town. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, two types of coffee options, and a microwave which is the first microwave we’ve seen in Greece. The toiletries were lovely. The location is amazing for being in the town centre.

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable in our apartment. It’s a spring mattress that felt hard and every time the other person moved in the bed you felt it as well. The only other consideration is the location makes it loud at night with street noise (to be expected in the town centre, we used earplugs). We could hear the apartment above us as well as we were on the first level.
