Really nice welcome. The place is lovely. Little attention like sweets, coffee. Loved the red decoration with wood. Just on a nice street.

No water point in the kitchen (difficult washing/ boiling) Wifi is not good enough for work Low isolation Hear the street

Everything was amazing, starting from the location to the gorgeous well equipped room (there is everything: kettle, coffee machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer even beach umbrella). WiFi and air-conditioning was in good working order. There were extra towels and some small kitchen amenities. The room was spacious, decorated in a cute, unique style and very clean. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. We absolutely loved it. If we ever come back to Chania, we will stay here for sure!

I liked everything. Lovingly furnished, enough storage room and right in the center of the old town.

Loved the room itself. Had everything I needed and then some. Phenomenally designed room. Loved the style. It even had a wine opener. Nice big bed, and tonnes of space to have a couple friends over. Very nice host that allowed me to check out a little late due to a personal accommodation!

There's a window to the hallway and the curtain up for it blocks out others view of you in your room, but doesn't block out the light from the motion sensor light in the hallway. This woke me up numerous times at night. Was not an issue the second night as I found a solution. But something kept triggering this light very late at night. Highly recommend a thicker curtain for the windows that lead to the hallway. Overall had a great stay though!

casa di portou no3 is an outstanding place to stay for your old town visit. the hosts are helpful, very friendly, and have great communication. the space itself is beautiful and so unique - felt like winning the lottery booking this space. it is nestled between all the buildings and is gorgeous with quick routes to all the shops and resturanrs around. there is easy access to city busses as well to get to and from the port or just around the city.
