"The staff is great, don't stay in room 124, very loud."

The location was good. The front desk check in was fast and the staff was very pleasant

The room given to us was right next to the patio and we could hear the people out there until 2am. The fan in the room would not stay on so it was not a good nights sleep. The rate was high for our experience

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast set up was basic but fine.

The location is right off highway and traffic noise is noticeable. Hotel provided white noise machine in room which was helpful.

This hotel was a welcome respite after a beautiful day at Smoky Mtn National Park. The staff welcomed us in, and our room was classy, well appointed, quiet and clean. Area restaurant choices were numerous.
