I never had the chance to visit the property due to false advertisement of airport shuttle service posted on your site. I traveled from Sanford to North Carolina to find out the service was not available. I also requested several UBERS and neither showed; leaving me stranded in cold and freezing temperatures for 3 hours.

False advertisement of airport shuttle service.

Great hotel but I wasn’t able to sleep well because of the noise from the highway. We actually checked out early and went to another hotel. I did use the sound machine provided and ear plugs.
