Steigenberger Hotel Doha

I decided to give this hotel another chance and my expectations were exceeded. The service was excellent and staff were very attentive. The complimentary room upgrade with the city view was also a very nice touch. There were very short wait time when I had made a request from the front desk and they were very accommodating towards our needs. The hotel location is also great with it being more or less in the middle of everywhere you’d want to visit. There’s also stores nearby which is very very convenient. The massage and spa facilities here are amazing - my wife said it’s once of the best massages she has ever had before - she’d come to this specific hotel just for that if we visit Doha again in the future. Overall this stay was fantastic and I would visit here again - although I may have left a neutral review during my previous stay this visit has changed my perception of this hotel and I definitely would come back here again. Thank you to the staff and management for an amazing stay.

The experience we had was definitely not like a 5 star hotel. We had issues with the original room and moved a couple of times but service from reception and management was slow and terrible. Will not use this hotel again

Top hotel with everything you need. Gym, swimming pool, restaurants and room service are amazing!

Upon arrival at the restaurant, I received a warm welcome from the staff, and the service was excellent. The restaurant's decor was stunning, with an Asian touch. The food was amazing, with a beautiful variety of hot and cold dishes. As a sushi lover, I was particularly impressed with the harmony of flavors and the professional presentation. The desserts were also fantastic. Thank you very much for this wonderful buffet, and I will return soon.

Quick overnight stay on a layover in the city. Check in was very efficient and we were given access to our room early. We stayed in the Studio Suite which was so big. Beautifully decorated. Large bathroom with free standing tub. Only issue I found with the room was that their was no plug points next to the mirrors for hairdryer or straighteners. We used the gym & pool during our stay which were really nice. Gym a little too hot however. Breakfast was lovely. Large dining area but it was very quiet. Good mix of options.

I recently stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel Doha, and it was great. The room was super spacious and so comfortable, I loved it! The friendly staff made my stay even better. They were extremely polite and helpful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and everything felt well-maintained. It's clear they care about their guests and their experience. Definitely a stay to remember!
