This hotel is ok if you need to be close to the airport. It is not somewhere to stay for long and it is certainly not 5 star. The staff are all lovely but the guests are generally British and very much the ‘all inclusive Benidorm crowd’. Not the hotels fault. Pool area is shabby. This is a decent 3 star hence the low price.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned everyday to a good standard. Hotel was very clean and close to popular spots and a hypermarket, which was very convenient.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic service. The only downside is when booking through expedia they dont give options for seperate beds when booking. We had 2 little children and husband and wife. We slept on a king bed

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is clean, very nicely furnished and located on great location for our stay and our needs. Best part of our stay were definitely Sfaff and people responsible for preparing and serving our breakfasts and dinners. Great food and amazing service especially from Rupesh, Badr, Anjie, Radhika and Ghita !! Thank you all !!

Beautiful hotel and excellent services with hospitable staff. I give this 3 stars due to the coffee shop in the lobby that has a smoking area and clearly the smoke dissipates into the the ground floor which is detrimental to the health of other guests and staff. The smell of cigarettes is strong and can be observed within reception and ground floor area.
