This place is a knockout! If you are looking for amenities, rooftop dining and cocktails, beautiful decor, luxury appealing rooms, and a rooftop pool- then this is the boutique hotel for you! If you did t want to leave the hotel for anything, this is the place for you. I will definitely return.

This is like a luxury, boutique hotel in the middle of Atlanta. Hyatt points rates are very reasonable and it is eligible Category 1-4 certificate. Immaculate property and rooms. Fixtures, beds, bathroom, etc. all beautiful, new and clean. We would definitely return!

Everything was exceptional except for one gentleman who worked the evening desk Saturday night. He was unnecessarily rude and tainted the experience. Which is why the property didn’t receive a 10.

The service is top notch. The breakfast staff is excellent. Very efficient and polite. Room has nice decor but had an uncomfortable stained couch. Stains I would not expect at a Thompson. Tv went out a couple of times. I’m surprised at the lack of tv channels, they are geared towards men as the great majority are sport channels and only one movie channel. Parking will cost $55 a night. Breakfast menu is limited. No vegan options and a few vegetarian options. Didn’t bother with dinner as breakfast was too limited. Area is nice. All in all it’s a nice hotel but if you want me to believe this is supposed to be “luxury” would tweak a few things. My room didn’t even have a shower cap. They had a private party one of the nights on the 10 floor which was weird. Restaurant/bar was closed.

Immaculate details to cleanliness. Decor was welcoming. Staff extremely friendly and hospitable. Awesome amount of pillows and fluffy blanket. Cold water with electrolyte packets available which is a great touch. Spacious rooms and powerful water pressure in shower makes me feel super clean.

"Ideal Location small Hotel in Buckhead"

Great water pressure in the shower and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom and under the bed were very nice. The bed was comfortable. I asked for a copy of services offered in the hotel and area and was told that most people use their phones so the hotel didn’t offer anything. I had to visit each floor to discover the pool, restaurant. Restaurant’s menu very limited and had to send plates back because of the cook’s error. Online pictures are overrated and overpriced.
