"Read signs first!"

Quick weekend getaway. Used valet since self parking was not close by. Sign reads $55 Overnight for valet but they charge per night. Most hotels including other hyatts have $30-50 valet parking for the time of your stay as service to guests, but not Thompson. $220 parking bill. I requested a refund for half of bill and stated that sign was vague in verbiage and it was denied. After 20+ years of staying of at Hyatt hotels I will no longer be using them.

"So Disappointed…."

Came to host some meetings in the suite and was excited as I had recently stayed at the Thompson hotel in Nashville and had a lovely experience there….learned quickly the Thompson ATL did not compare…because it was not good. To start, I have Amex platinum so I should be able to get early check in unless absolutely not possible. And in that case check in is at 4pm….didn't get room until close to 5. Next, the room was fine, not great but fine and it worked. Then had catering booked for 9:15am the next morning - after calling, emailing etc it finally arrived at 10:15 AFTER my meetings had started. Meetings end and decide to cash in my free drink vouchers with my colleague and head to lobby bar which is supposed to open at 3 - it was 4pm. No one there and we are told we can’t be served until 4:30. So we head to roof bar which we find is closed to set up for event. Manager tells us please go to lobby bar, I say oh but it isn’t open, he looks puzzled and assures me it is. We head back down and again told no service…..we gave up and ran into the manager on way out and I told him again they said no. He was clearly very upset and went to speak to the staff. I left - I don’t need a drink that badly…well actually I do but this was absurd. Such a bummer too because it is a nice area but won’t be staying here or hosting any meetings or events here again.

Parking is $55 so add that to this terrible hotel room rate. Breakfast service took way too long and there is no parking near the hotel other than their $55 charge.

"Great birthday"

This is a great place to go, while handicap ♿️. The halls are spacious for my scooter. The pool top and the restaurant. This places owns me nothing.

"Perfect stay in Buckhead"

Doormen were attentive and polite. Front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean, modern, comfy bed. Nespresso was wonderful to wake up to. The shower was amazing. Great location. Lots of stores and eateries around.

"Pleasant surprise"

Stayed in the city for the night my husband was in town for business stumbled across jazz night On Wednesday it was such a vibe!! The staff was wonderful the room was Comfortable the showers top-tier Thoroughly enjoyed our stay looking forward to stay again.
